Jhon Paul Fino, Graduated at the University of the Philippines College of Music, Bachelor's Degree in Voice. First had singing experience as a young singer of Tiples de Santo Domingo, where he cultivated and honed in singing and performance.

He later became a tenor who performed in various theaters throughout the country. He is also an experienced choir teacher, He first handled the Marilao Children's Choir, Stradcom Chorale and Tiples de Maria. Became Vicariate President of the Liturgy of Music Commission of the Diocese of Malolos.

Among the first performances of the "Diwata ng Bayan" Opera, produced by UPCMu and staged at the hall of the Philippine Cultural Center, CCP. Performed at Paco Park Presents, Concert at the Park and various cultural performances.

He also composes hymns for use in the church, most of which he gives to religious organizations for printing.

He is passionate about enriching Filipino music and raising it to a level that can be accepted around the world.
